What we do with your email.

We collect one thing: the email address you typed into the waitlist form on promptdirect.asioservices.com. We use it for one thing: to email you when Prompter Direct is ready to buy. That's it.

Who is "we"

Asio Services, registered in France. Contact: contact@asioservices.com. Asio Services is the data controller for this waitlist.

Who actually stores your email

ConvertKit (rebranded Kit), an email marketing service. Kit is our data processor — your email sits in their database, not on our servers. Their privacy notice: kit.com/privacy.

What we will never do

• Sell your email, rent it, or share it with third parties other than Kit.
• Email you more than ~1–2 times per month during the pre-launch period, and only about Prompter Direct.
• Use trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting to follow you across the web. We use Microsoft Clarity on this site for heatmaps — it anonymizes IPs and does not identify you personally.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Unsubscribe — every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. Clicking it immediately removes you from the list.
• Access / deletion — reply to any email we send (or write to contact@asioservices.com) and we will hard-delete your record from Kit within 7 days.
• Portability — same channel, we'll send you a JSON export of what we have on you.
• Complaint — if we mishandle this, you can file with the CNIL.

Retention

We keep your email as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe = deletion within 30 days (Kit holds the unsubscribed record briefly to honor the unsubscribe across campaigns, then purges). If Prompter Direct gets abandoned, the whole list is deleted within 90 days.

If we change this policy

We'll update the "updated" date at the top. Material changes get announced by email to the list.
